PharmaGov Payroll & HR was founded by Michael Crawford, an experienced entrepreneur who has built and scaled businesses from the ground up, growing them from lean beginnings into multi-million dollar operations and leading a company through acquisition.

Along the way, he did what every owner does at the start: ran the payroll himself. He knows what it's like to wonder whether payroll will go out on time, to get a tax notice and not know why, and to realize, usually too late, that the company never had a real employee handbook or onboarding process.
